Okay guys - here is how I made my own Frank suit for halloween. If you want the mask to look even closer to Frank, consider using bigger eyes, and not drilling eye holes as they make it look like he has pupils, which Frank doesn;t have. Consider putting a hole somewhere else that you can view through and which will be much more inconspicuous.

First, get hold of a bunny suit from somewhere. I bought one off of JokeUK but you can find them at most fancy dress retailers.
Get some good Dyes. Use lots of black and a smidge of blue. Make sure to add salt as well, as per the instructions of the dyes. Run a 60 degree wash with the dyes. When finished, run a standard 40 degree wash without dye. Your suit should now go from white to grey!
Get hold of a good cheap halloween skull mask that has a rather prominent set of upper teeth that ideally jut forward (As Frank's do). If it has a hood or any attached material, cut it off, as you want just the skull.
Now get your bunny suit, remove the head. Go get some scissors.
Cut a hole in the bunny head. Make sure the hole is big enough to fit the halloween mask over, but not too big!
Your mask should fit nicely over the top!
Next, spray paint the halloween mask silver.
Now paint the teeth. We use layered paints, all from games Workshop, but you can use any, really. Make sure the teeth are white, as Frank's are!
Next get ping pong balls, or something like that, spray paint them silver and superglue them on to the mask. You might also want to paint the fur on the bunny head grey so it matches the suit.
Next drill holes in the eyes so you can actually see what the hell you are doing when wearing the mask! Don't bother supergluing the mask over the top of the bunny head. You can just wear it over the top of it.
Now you are ready to do what you want with the mask. you can appear ominosuly at the end of someone's driveway and ask them to follow you into the future.
Or you could scare little children who are out trick or treating before you butcher them to death!
