The following screenplays were taken from
the filmfour/orange prize for short film
web site. I have included them here incase they are ever
removed from the filmfour web site. Readers should note that these
were the 6 short-listed films, selected from 1,600 applicants.
In my opinion, the best was the film Blowing It, which combined
a well-paced story with brilliant humour. A close second
would be Faye Gilbert's
film Hard Little Man, which follows in her usual style of
child-angst fiction.
